Signing in and installing the app

Use the same email and password as your River Taxes website account. You can reset your password from the sign-in page. Visit the Download page for current installation options.

Account and data deletion requests

To request closure of your River Taxes account and deletion of your personal information, email support@rivertaxes.com from the email address on your account. You can also request this through Chat. You do not need to install the app to make a request.

We verify your identity before acting. We delete information we no longer need, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, or professional obligations. Tax and accounting records are generally retained for at least seven years. See our Privacy Policy for details about retention, access, corrections, and deletion.
